PETS Scoring - Policy Rubrics

Policies are scored according to a set of instructions for each question on the scoring rubric contained in the codebook for that policy type. The codebook lays out the import of each question and the point value for each response, as well as detailed guidance about what coders should and should not consider when determining how many points to give a policy for that specific provision.
